Parent Idea Category needs to be tagged on the idea

If an idea category is a child of another parent category then the submitted idea needs to adopt both the child and parent categories. Currently, only the child category is adopted

Idea creator would like to know the progress after an idea is promoted to initiative or feature. It's inefficient to do this manually.

Show product filter name at the top of the page

The tabs at the top show the 'section' but it would be nice to also see the product filter at the top of the page when I'm browsing ideas.
