Parent Idea Category needs to be tagged on the idea

If an idea category is a child of another parent category then the submitted idea needs to adopt both the child and parent categories. Currently, only the child category is adopted

    YES! this is such a pain! I should be able to run reports based on the parent category but not everyone selects them!
