Deleting child categories need to apply parent category

When you delete a child category, the idea is left with not category definition instead of adopting the parent category.

    Thank you for your idea. One quick way to handle this would be to bulk edit the ideas to include the parent category before deleting the child category.

    At this time given feedback and other priorities, we are unlikely to implement this idea. We hope you can understand.
