Add "Category" label in Idea Detail View

Currently, if you have read an idea in the Idea Detail View, the Category does not have a label that says Category. This is confusing as for example one of my categories is named "Other". So, it displays under the idea headline "Other", rather than "Category: Other".

    The newest ideas portal design now includes a label for the category field.
