Remove the field of 'Categories' in the Ideas object when there are no categories

Current when you create an Idea there is a field called 'Categories', however there are no categories configured for the Idea in question.  When there are no Categories configured, could that field be removed as it looks odd being on the screen when there are no relevant options to be included

    The status of this idea was out of date. Since this was requested we have improved the ability to customize the ideas forms -- including removing the category field. This article provides more detail on how to customize the fields in your ideas portal.
