"Feature Count" as a choice in reports for Releases / Products

I might be wrong - but I cant find a way to get a feature count by release or product. Report Column Example: Product Name Release Name Feature Count My Product Release 1.0.1 21

Ability to see who has activated their account in a portal (last active field)

It would be useful to see who has activated their account in an ideas portal even though you have invited them, if someone doesn't submit or vote on any ideas, how can we tell they've gone in and activated themselves?
