Create a template that allows organizations to track goals and discrete objectives and to establish interdependencies between goals and indivduals/teams.

    This is currently possible today. Via Strategy -> Goals, you can create and track goals for your products. You can also set dependencies across goals by going to a Goals drawer and clicking the Actions menu for the "link to another record" option.

    Custom fields allow you to track additional metadata which is important to you (including specific individuals and teams).
