Working with marketing on a campaign is different from working with a front-line support team or development team. Each team may need to focus on particular aspects of a persona.
It would be great if there was a way of filtering persona fields based on the audience. The default view of a persona could display all the information available, with alternate views being available for different audiences to suit their needs.
The best way to handle this is through a custom report. You can create and save reports under the Reports tab (as a list or pivot table). This would allow you to create any custom view and export it to your audience.
At this time, based on the existing functionality, we're unlikely to make updates to the specific Personas page, but we hope that this can help.
The custom reports looks like it will suit our needs for the time being, thanks. We can export from there to something like InDesign to produce a designed artefact for our stakeholders.
