I occasionally message support asking for help with Aha and trying to do something. We generally work through the ticket, but sometimes the tickets results in an ask to submit and new idea to big.ideas.aha.io. This is an additional step that sometimes I forget to do and the idea gets lost. It would be helpful if there was a way for either support or myself to automatically promote a support ticket into an idea.
