Create an idea on behalf of a user (while using the Zendesk integration)

It'd be really nice if it didn't create the idea as the Zendesk user and just have it show up as a vote from the person who submitted the ticket.

Really it should show up as that person who created the idea instead of the analyst who has their Zendesk account tied to Aha.

That way when the user logs in, they can click My Ideas and see them all in one place.

    Hi there. Great news! It is currently possible to handle this both through Zendesk and for ideas added directly to Aha!

    • Through Zendesk - you will need to enable the setting in the Aha! app in Zendesk to submit the idea using the ticket requestor. This article provides more details.
    • Directly in Aha! - you can edit the idea creator (see screenshot.) Changing this will automatically add the new creator as a subscriber to the idea.

    I would really like this (w/out the zendesk integration). We should be able to submit requests on behalf of someone and be able to add their vote and add them as a subscriber so that they receive the notification
