Allow zendesk integration to auto create an idea to Aha that has private visibility vs another other portal with public visibility.

I have an integration with Zendesk into Aha so support personnel in my company can submit ideas to a private/internal ideas portal. I also have a public ideas portal for my customers to submit ideas that all customers can see. My current problem is that Aha settings does not allow the zendesk integration to have a visibility setting for the ideas submitted that is different than my public portal visibility settings. So either both portals are visible to everyone (not good) or both portals are not visible to everyone (not good). I need the internal ideas submitted via zendesk to be private and I would like to keep my public portal ideas visible to everyone. Currently, the integration does not allow this. I think this can be solved if Aha works with Zendesk to allow differentiation of the visibility settings that will allow new ideas via that integration to go to an ideas portal that is different than the visibility settings that are on another portal that is public.
