Provide Zendesk agents with a link to the Ideas Portal

Aha! allows a Zendesk agent to link/create an idea, but there isn't a simple way to access the idea to review additional information, comments, etc.

Aha! does provide a link to the idea within Zendesk, but the link is to the internal idea that is accessible to Aha! admins only (i.e the url of the idea in Aha! -- not the ideas portal). This is not useful because the Zendesk agent cannot log into the Aha! account.

From a usability perspective, it would be great if the idea link (within Zendesk) redirected to the ideas portal so Zendesk agents can easily review comments and add more information to the idea. Without this, the Zendesk agent needs to access a new browser tab, log into the portal, find the idea, etc.
