Roadmap Digest Emails - don't append "in Ideas"

Seems redundant and confusing to have each idea say “in Ideas” at the end of it, when it’s already in the “Active Ideas” section. At first I thought I’d accidentally named an item with “in Ideas” at the end

    This section of the Roadmap digest email uses the Ideas portal name. In situations where you might have multiple ideas portals, this helps to differentiate which portal the idea is from.
