Allow Administrators to disable Idea creation within Roadmaps

What is the challenge?

Some users are creating ideas directly within Aha! Roadmaps when we expect those ideas to be created on our Aha! Ideas Portal.

What is the impact?

By allowing users to create ideas within Aha! Roadmaps, they circumvent the CSS & Javascript customizations we have in place on our ideas portal and we have no way to apply those same customizations to ideas created within the Aha portal.

Describe your idea

I'd like the option to either disable idea creation at the workspace, workspace line and template level or from within the layout itself since the idea layout is already separately controlled from the portal idea layout. Alternatively, perhaps allow administrators to redirect the "Create Idea" button to bring users to a specified portal.
