We want to encourage our internal customers to submit ideas for tool improvements and business cases by regularly updating them with a Weekly Digest of idea-related activity: new ideas submitted, status changes, etc.
We also want to display to our Product Mangers the types and number of ideas being submitted to spur innovation and holistic thinking.
However, the issue we are facing is that we currently do not receive Weekly Digest emails because our business solely utilizes the Ideas functionality in Aha:
Aha Engineer: "We are not sending you any digest emails because there are no active releases or tasks in your account to report on."
We would find a lot of value in triggering this Weekly Digest based on idea activity, and having a way to send a summary of idea changes. While I am aware that one can subscribe to an Idea portal and receive emails for all activity there, the formatting of those email is, candidly, both confusing and unappealing, and is not something we would be sending out to our sizable internal departments.
