There is currently a mis-match or inconsistency in behavior in the My Work screen with To-dos pertaining to the "Assigned to me" vs. the "Completed" tabs that can result in data gaps where individuals don't have visibility into the complete picture.
My understanding of current behavior is as follows:
- The "Assigned to me" shows a list of To-dos that are assigned to me that have not yet been completed.
- The "Completed" tab doesn't represent the individual to-dos but rather the to-do collective. To-do's that are assigned to multiple assignees are often considered team to-do's or collaborative to-do's and do not appear on the Completed tab until all individual to-dos have been completed.
This can result in a whole where I complete a to-do assigned to me. It now disappears from the "Assigned to me" tab. However, it also currently does not display in the "Completed" tab until all individuals complete their to-dos for the team/collaborative to-do. So, that completed individual to-do goes missing and is not accounted for in the "My Work" screen until the Team to-do is completed by all.
Desired behavior would be for individuals completed to-dos to still be represented somewhere on the My Work screen regardless of whether all other to-dos on the task have been completed by other team members.
