To do lists / charts assignee reporting

When doing reports on To Dos, a common need is to evaluate how many pending, overdue, complete to-do's by assignee. However, when a todo is assigned to more than one person, the reporting creates those assignees as separate groups.

Consequently, the reporting is of no value - seeing how many to dos are assigned to Joe, Suzy, and Chris individually, Joe & Suzy combined, Suzy and Chris combined, Joe & Chris combined, Joe / Suzy / and Chris combine. This is interpreted 7 unique assignee categories instead of 3 which is not beneficial to assess how many to-dos does Suzy, Chris, and Joe each have responsibilities for.

    There is no way to generate a consolidated resource count/view of the todo report. They are all combined and create unique records based on the order the resources are assigned. The only way I have found a work around is to create unique todo instead which causes more work. The alternative is export as excel and figure it out that way. Very manual and time consuming.

    Dear Team, we would need exactly the same reporting capability on to-do aging and outliers assessment. As right now this is not available in Aha!, this report is being developed by another tool via API. Thank you very much.
