What is the challenge? |
Today, when reporting on To-Dos, you need to pull in three different objects to get To-Dos, Approvals & Work Requests in a report view. This will put all three of these items on the same line in list views and pivot views, not allowing them to be their own line in a report. |
What is the impact? |
When trying to build out reports that show a view of all the items needed to be completed in a release, the To-Dos, Approvals and Work Requests all get placed on the same line, and limits the reporting capabilities. The work around is to create separate reports for each artifact type, which then limits my ability to group these artifacts by Phase. |

Allow users to either pull To-Dos in as unique artifacts as it works today, or allow users to pull all To-Dos in as a single unified artifact with a label of the artifact type (To-Do, Approval, Work Request). |
