Allow changing the order of features which start on the same day within a phase or release Merged

In managing a recurring operational release, I have several tasks (entered as features) which happen on the same day, are completed by different people and have a set dependency order, but Aha! puts the tasks in random order, making the dependencies look inaccurate.  

• Adding  hours to the timing, rather than just a start and stop day only ( the best option!) ,
• Allowing the user to drag the features up and down within the release phase,OR
• having aha! putting them in order based on the dependencies would solve my issue also  

It is visually confusing my users and my tasks are truly dependent, so they must be done in order by the different people.
