Add features to the release phase in the same order that they appear on the features board
I'd like to be able to do the following:
- Add a number of new features to a release and not immediately assign a start/end date to them
- Drag those features into the order that I want them
- Add those features to a release phase and have them appear in the same order that they appear on the features board.
Right now the features appear to added to the release phase based on the order in which they were created, rather than the order in which they appear on the features board.

This new experience also includes the ability to sort features by rank. To do so, select the more options icon next to a release or release phase name and choose Sort features by rank.
