Automatically sort features in a release

As we plan our releases, we order features in those releases by their Aha! score. The "Rerank features by" option makes it simple enough to ensure records are in the correct order during planning. As a release plan evolves though, it becomes challenging to maintain that order. New, unscored features can land at the top of the release, which leads to downstream teams working on features that aren't actually a priority.

I'd like to be able to set an option on the release or workspace indicating how releases should be sorted. When a feature is added to a release, Aha! should automatically resort the release to ensure the new feature appears in the proper order.
