Prevent duplicate ideas via Zendesk integration

When testing the Zendesk sidebar app with Aha!, I have noticed that the "Create Idea" button will allow multiple submissions of the same idea.

Can this be prevented? We would like to ensure that this particular integration will not cause accidental duplicate ideas to be created.

    Thank you for the request. It should be noted that it is possible to fix any of these issues by merging ideas together. However, this specific issue seems to be a bug/user experience issue on the Zendesk side. Unfortunately, it's not something that we can fix on the Aha! end. Please feel free to reach out the Zendesk support team to see if they may be able to fix this issue.
