We set up the Zendesk integration, and can see the option to link to an idea in Aha, but when that's clicked, all we get is dots that never resolve into an error message or anything else.
After setting up the integration again, it looks like the admin didn't have all the right Aha permissions at the time. We've reset permissions and done it again and it works now.
Might I suggest some kind of error message within the Aha widget in Zendesk that says that the integration has not been completed, as opposed to just having it spin?
We had this same issue with a mutual customer who entered the wrong aha! subdomain in the configuration.
Two errors that could be caught:
1: customer added entire FQDN instead of just the subdomain.
2: customer misspelled subdomain.
A timeout or error would be useful. The console shows a 504 error, but the Promise doesn't handle errors.
