Expose error messages from Developer Tools to front end on Zendesk integration

When connecting a ticket to an idea via the ZenDesk integration, sometimes you receive an error. This could be because:

  • The user who authenticated the integration created the idea so has already voted

  • The user who authenticated the integration no longer has PO/Contributor access to the product where the idea is linked

  • Other

The development tools show the reason but this is hidden away from the end user. It would be nice to expose a short friendly message when an error occurs to the end user to save the troubleshooting steps.
