Limit votes from one email domains to prevent gaming of the system or include this detail

We've noticed for some of our ideas that some of our clients have multiple votes. That's good to know that they really want a certain feature but it ultimately allows them to game the system a bit. I'd like to see 1 vote being registered for a company than 8 votes from a particular company. One way to achieve this might be to track the domain of the vote. Such that 8 votes from a specific domain name would be registered as 1 vote. I understand that not everyone would like this, so we can persist the detail by maybe taking on the following format 1(8) - where the 1 represents client/company domain and 8 being the total number of unique votes.

This idea is marked as likely to implement and is an item that we are strongly considering, though it has not yet been fully prioritized.
