Allow reporting on "Voted by email domain"

As a product manager, I'd like to have a reportable data object for “Voted by email domain”. The data does appear to be available as you can use it as a filter, just not report on it.

This would function similar to the data object for “Created by email domain”.

The status of this idea was out of date. There is now a field available for reporting called Vote created by email domain.
