This would be very useful for PMs and the Community Manager to quickly determine "unique" votes. We have a 25 unique vote threshold for Ideas to meet to be put Under PM Review. Currently, the “votes” field lists all votes. Is there a way we could add the data from “Idea Voter Email Domain” to the admin view?
see attached...
The idea details page in Aha! now shows additional insights, including the count of unique organizations who have voted for idea. This organization count is part of the enhanced organization analytics available with Aha! Ideas Advanced. Learn more.
Yes, you can use a pivot report to show the organization count per idea. To get started on that report quickly, click the 'View in report' link under the organization count on the idea. You can also create a pivot report from scratch, with data like this:
Can you get the organizational count in a report format? I can see if on the details of an individual idea, but we need it for reporting.
Thank you,
Beth
Would to see this implemented for basic ideas. Hint..hint... :)
Yes, this feature is available for Ideas Advanced only. We actually released this last year, but missed updating this idea. The customer success team (support@aha.io) is happy to help if you have any questions.
Great! Is this new feature for Advanced Ideas only?
This functionality is integral to what we are trying to do. We want to identify and action on ideas that have X number of unique customer's that are interested in (vote on) an issue. We don't want to skew the feature attention to those where the customer has alot of users that can vote.
The Vote reporting need more ways to breakdown the vote counts. All too often there are ideas that end up with bloated vote counts. Plus additional information about the votes and where they come from would help make the right decisions on prioritizing votes.
Thank you for clarifying, Ginger! We will continue to monitor feedback on this idea.
Great question! Yes, unique vote count only include 1 vote for each domain.
Yes, generic emails (gmail.com, for example) should be counted every time. I'm glad you asked that!
Thanks for sharing this idea! Would unique vote count only include 1 vote for each domain? Also, would you want generic emails (gmail.com, for example) counted every time? I assume yes, but would love to verify.
