When I am creating a feature card, Aha allows me to automatically load a template text for the description of the feature based on the default Type.
However, only the default type template is loaded. When I change the Type during feature creation, the corresponding template of selected type is not inserted in the feature description. Therefore, making templates of non-default types useless.
Hi Fabio, I see that you are working with our support team on this. If the templates are not changing, then it would be an issue that we need to fix and we'll track that through our support system. I'll close out this idea for now. Thank you again for reaching out!
Hi Kelly,
I don't have a gif/video, but can explain the flow.
Click to create new feature > Pop-up appears > Default type template is automatically loaded in description > Change type > New description template is not loaded
However, I discovered that if I clear all content of the description and then change Type, the template insertion stats working and correct templates are loaded.
Hi Fabio,
This was an issue previously, but we believe that it has been fixed. We will research this and get back to you. In the meantime, would you be able to send over a gif of the issue?
