Portal users should be able to filter Ideas by ANY organization

What is the challenge?

Portal users (especially Employees) should be able to filter Ideas shown in the portal by ANY organization, not just the organization that they are a member of.

What is the impact?

Portal users (especially Employees) would finally be able to list ONLY the Ideas submitted by the customer they are working with while talking with the customer or reporting back progress/status.

Describe your idea

It would be great if this worked just like enabling a portal filter by custom field. When Filter by "Organization" is enabled in the portal, a "Filter By Organization" tree would appear on the left side of the portal listing each organization and the idea count, allowing the user to click on any of the organization names to filter the ideas on the right.
