Ability to filter teams in capacity report using custom Team fields

If you have a custom field (predefined choice list) on Teams, and you select Choice A on the first team and Choice B on the second team, then go to the capacity report and add a filter for that custom field, then you add Choice A to the filter. That will not filter out the second team if it has features in the report.

Ideally the filters would filter out teams based on the values selected -- not the features listed in the report.
