We promote Ideas to Epics and automatically populate the Idea Categories field into an Epic field, which calls from the idea categories of our product line.
When we try to modify or add categories using the Epic field, we are encountering some issues with the search functionality:
1. We are unable to search by entering the workspace name; it requires a specific category value.
2. The dropdown menu is not very intuitive if certain options are not visible - the list field is unable to support viewing all of our 500+ categories.
Here are a few suggestions:
1. I noticed that the API fetches the dropdown list values only once. Is it possible to make multiple requests to retrieve the data from subsequent pages and add them to the dropdown menu?
2. We have multiple layers in our product line. Could we specify which layer the idea categories field should apply to?
