Allow initiative custom fields to search by Product Workspace Name to select Initiatives

What is the challenge?

When searching for Initiatives (using an Idea: Initiatives field - at the Product Line) the I am only have to search for distinct 'initiative names' versus searching by the 'Product Workspace' and seeing the initiatives grouped under the workspace.

What is the impact?

When searching for Initiatives (using an Idea: Initiatives field) I am only allowed search for distinct 'initiative names' and I often cannot remember the initiative name but I know which product the initiative lives in.

Describe your idea

When searching for initiatives, allow the 'type ahead search functionality' to search for 'Product Names' and then display the existing Initiatives in the Product to select from
