In this use case, ideas for multiple products are gathered in a single portal and linked to a single workspace for triaging. The team wants to filter the exploration view by custom fields. In particular, these are custom fields created for product groups, teams, as well as various other tags fields related to the how work is planned and organized. As an example, the team will want to see all ideas related to a specific team for a subset of product groups (not workspaces in this use case).
This is critical for our PMs. While the VoC team is interested in more general themes, a PM is far more interested in the themes within their product area. For us, this would mean being able to filter the analysis work by a custom field.
I mention "filter the analysis work" specifically because I'm guessing that if the analysis (not just the exploration output) is filtered, it should extract more meaningful and specific themes for a given product specialisation area.
If only the output is filtered, you're still working from the high level and quite generic themes, which will likely be less valuable for the PMs.
