When a new idea is submitted Aha sends out a thank you (confirmation email) to the filer. When an admin adds a comment to the idea, Aha sends out an email to the filer. However at times, filers complain that the email was not received. It could be because the email was in their spam folder or because the email that went out from Aha was blocked. Today, the only way to confirm that the email was sent out successfully from Aha is to contact Aha support and provide the idea details and the filer's email address. Can Aha:
1) Display confirmation of the outgoing email somewhere in the administration screens?
2) Provide the ability to "resend" the email?
Armed with the above, Aha admins will not have to reach out to Aha support. Moreover, Aha admins can take a screenshot of the email that was successfully sent out and share it with the filer.
