Response to Idea Submitter
When an idea is submitted, an email is generated and sent to the submitter. Email would be customizable by Aha! user/admin. Good add to product, because user is confirmed that Idea is submitted to idea portal, which brings more confidence to users of sysytem that ideas are being reviewed.

Additional tokens would also be helpful, such as Categories & Workspace
I agree - customizing the generated email would be very useful. There are three things we would like to be able to configure: (1) the full text of the subject...right now, an Aha-generated code precedes the actual subject line text, which is a little confusing to our users. It would be nice if we could toggle this code on/off in the email reply (2) fully customize the email body message (3) be able to disable the automatic confirmation email altogether
