We have created an Automation Rule in one of our workspaces to send an email to specific people when a new Feature is created. Some email recipients have replied to these emails expecting their response to be captured as a Comment in the Feature record. However, these responses go directly to Aha support instead. It seems rather odd that replying to one of these emails would notify Aha support. At the very least, I would think the reply should be sent to the workspace's owner.
