It should be great to have the possibility to start an email conversation with someone (usually a customer) from every point in Aha! where it now is possible to add a comment.
That email should be sent to the given address and responses to that mail should be added to the conversation.
At this moment we often have to ask for more information. We send a mail from our mail client, receive additional information. At that moment we have to search within Aha! for the right place to store the information.
This would add huge value for us.

A potential workaround could be to add these specific users as Reviewers so that they can receive email notifications on specific comments so that they can be associated directly the area in Aha! We understand that it may be difficult to do this with all customers, but this can potentially be handled in this way for other users.
At this time, we are unlikely to implement this based on our upcoming strategic initiatives but we will keep the idea open to get more feedback from the community over time.
