Allow email alias in accounts for replying to comments

We use multiple email addresses.  We get Aha! comments and updates sent to one address, the user account email, but when replying we have to manually set the 'send from' address (in gmail) register the comment in the Aha system.   It would be really great to have a field, or appropriate comparable solution, in our user account settings for email aliases to be set by the user or the administrator.

Thank you for the request. At this time based on current priorities and the existing available workarounds, we do not have plans to make updates in this area. We hope you can understand.

We are running into this challenge and I'd be surprised if the data that internal Aha! stakeholders see shows that it's a "small" problem. It would be appreciated to have this not be an issue for a tool as great as Aha!.

    This would be useful.

I often get this message: You sent an email to Aha!, but we were not able to process it because we do not have your email address rob@xxx.com on file. (See below)

This is because my google account is rob.lastname@xxx.com, but I send from rob@xxx.com. Most people in my organization have this type of setup.

Check out Asana, they make email easy.

Note, in google inbox, it takes several steps to change your "from" address.
