Our corporate Outlook 365 account dumps around half of Aha activity email updates in spam, which kills a lot of what makes this kind of tool useful. My best guess is this is likely due to Aha setting a unique identifier for the from address of each message (e.g. 03b631f1739d118ae1043bf1@mailer.aha.io). I suggest using a single email address to get better deliverability, and if you have a need for a reply routing feature, try moving the unique email prefix to the reply-to field or make it footer data within the message that you can parse when a user replies.
Thank you for the idea. Given the low volume of support for this idea, we do not have plans to make updates in this area at this time.
