Our corporate Outlook 365 account dumps around half of Aha activity email updates in spam, which kills a lot of what makes this kind of tool useful. My best guess is this is likely due to Aha setting a unique identifier for the from address of each message (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org). I suggest using a single email address to get better deliverability, and if you have a need for a reply routing feature, try moving the unique email prefix to the reply-to field or make it footer data within the message that you can parse when a user replies.
