Automated Idea Public Comment Response Merged

It would be great to have an automated response capability established in the background for every idea that is submitted on the portal. 

So when Idea A is created, the creator of that idea would immediately receive a standard comment that would be posted as a public comment to the idea. 

Currently we are manually copy/pasting our standard comment each time an idea is submitted.
