When reviewing an idea IBM may require further information from the customer, in which case the idea is moved to "Needs more information" state.
This idea suggests that when the customer responds by adding a comment the state should automatically revert back to the original state, e.g. "In Review" or alternatively there should be some other indication that a response has been received from the customer.
This seems lke something that could easily be done with automation if adding a comment was specifid as a trigger. That trigger might have other uses as well.
