Idea portal automations that can post Admin responses

After using the ideas portals for some time, we have found that ideas fit into general buckets. As part of this, there are certain requests that are outside the scope of our portal. As such, it would be incredibly helpful to be able to create an automation that uses a status, "Outside the scope of a product enhancement," to post a generalized Admin response. While the status is helpful, an obvious statement on the idea itself would eliminate any misunderstanding as far as expectations are concerned.

This will allow our team to quickly provide adequate closure to our users for something that will they will not be able to act on.
