We are a B2B SaaS tool and it would be important for us to know which customer a specific portal user belongs to. Also, it would be great to add attributes to a customer (like MRR, contract start, ...).
This would give a way better view on what features are requested by which customer and how much weight a specific vote has.
Thank you for your idea. We do not currently have plans on our roadmap to track customers for portal users however we will continue to monitor customer feedback.
In the meantime, there is a field available called Idea creator email domain which can be added as a column or filter in a report. This helps to provide additional details on which customer initially requested the idea. We hope you find this helpful.
