Add an additional filter to Ideas Portal based on a custom field Merged

I would like to be able to add an additional filter to the Ideas Portal that is based on a custom field I have created so that my management team can access the Ideas Portal and be able to filter Ideas that are based on a multi-select custom field we have added.
