Merged idea

In non-public ideas portal, users should see at least their own ideas
If ideas are not shown in the portal by default, when a registered user submits an idea, it is not visible to that user until (and only if) the administrator allows the idea to be shown to either all or to employees/partners.
Ideas should be visible to the user that has created it, always.

Without this feature, the ideas portal is not useful to us. We need to have each submitter only able to see their own ideas.
