You draw the distinction between 3 types of users in an Ideas Portal, yet the visibility permissions only reference 2 of those types. Please provide one additional layer of visibility permission to limit ideas to Aha! users only.
Internal users can be added at their discretion, not yours (your organization's). I want a portal where any portal user and any internal user (who is signed in but NOT a member of our account) can enter an idea and see/vote/comment on any other portal/internal users' ideas. But I want my Aha users (people in my account) to enter their own ideas, but those ideas should not be visible to any portal/internal users, only Aha users.
Thank you for your idea. This can be setup by selecting "Not visible." This means the idea is not visible for any portal users by default but will be visible by Aha! users inside your account.
