Currently Idea visibility can be either only creator OR only internal users (none and all are not relevant for my case). I would need option where Idea is visible to creator AND internal users
Now an idea can be visible to both your internal teams and the customer who submitted it.
There is a new idea visibility option available: Visible to creator and internal users. You can set this visibility option on individual ideas, assign it in bulk to many ideas at once, and make it the default visibility setting for your ideas portal.

I view this as a defect, not an enhancement. Unless you set up a submit-only portal, why would you ever want the creator not to be able to see their idea? Likewise if we set up ideas to default to internal users only (which should be a visibility available to public as well as private portals), why would you not want the creator to be included in updates?
I need my client-facing roles such as support, success, tech sales, to be able to raise an idea on behalf of a client where they then set the creator as = to that client. (which you can do currently in Aha!) BUT- critically- because the client has not created it, we cannot set the idea as publicly visible- but we want the client to be able to see the progress of their particular idea as it is triaged.
So we need the idea to be visible to our internal users (read: our company) BUT also visible to the creator.
This is the most requested feature from my non-product manager personas- it is a critical way for my team to be able to encourage cross-functional collaboration necessary in the modern B2B enterprise.
Goal would be that all internal users (employees of our company) can see cases submitted by our customers, but individual creator of idea can also see it's idea
