Create new User Permission Category between Reviewer and Contributor

Based on our organizational structure and roles and responsibilities the "Reviewer" role does not have enough permission and the "Contributor" role  has too much.

Specifically, we're looking for a role that removes "add manage strategy" from the contributor role.

    Thank you for the request. At this time, we unfortunately do not have plans for another user tier related to this area. We would suggest providing the user with Contributor access and making it part of the workflow that they are not to work on the Strategy area. You could set yourself as a watcher of that area to ensure that no changes are being made.

    An additional option for strategy details which you do not want contributors to have access to update would be to add product line-level strategy. You can then make the user a viewer or reviewer on the product line while allowing them to be a contributor to the individual product.

    While we know that this does not completely solve the request, we hope that this workaround can help.

Ability to control permission levels and areas for users

The four levels of users, currently available in Aha seem to not be manageable to a multi departmental company. It would be nice to have the 1) a super admin 2) have the super admin be able to control which areas the users can access, view or edit...
