For presentations, it would be helpful to 'manage collaborators' at the permission/role level, rather than having to select specific users.

I have many products under my portfolio, and the same groups of people that need to present roadmaps. It is VERY tedious to select people 1 by 1 for a dozen different presentations. I can't even figure out how to copy the list of collaborators from one presentation to another. Even that would be helpful :). I was hoping I could copy the comma separated list created by the individual selection on one, and then paste it in to another... but that wasn't an option.
Easily dragging and dropping presentations to folders, and then setting permissions on the folder would also be useful.
If we do this by permission/role, then I would want to make sure this include Custom Roles. I'm just not sure that's the best approach to the problem.
Here's my problem statement:
I need to assign the same 20 or more people to each presentation, one person at a time, and this is too time consuming. I need an easy way to assign groups of people to a presentation.
Maybe the Aha! team can come up with a great solution!!!
