Ability to control permission levels and areas for users Merged

The four levels of users, currently available in Aha seem to not be manageable to a multi departmental company. It would be nice to have the 1) a super admin 2) have the super admin be able to control which areas the users can access, view or edit. This way we can have team working at adding Features into Aha, but not be able to access or make changes to strategy areas in Aha
